Allan is one of the organizers of the 2026 Victoria Ukulele Festival. He is also a blues musician who is well known as a harmonica player in the Victoria blues community. Alla also brings his love and knowledge of blues to the ukulele, and will be leading a workshop in 12 bar blues for ukulele. We’ll start with learning to the basic structure of the classic 12 bar blues, then learn how to make it more interesting buy “walking” the first four bars. More advanced players will learn how to solo over the basic blues rhythm.
